Shipping Policy

Delivery or shipping fees are included in all quoted prices on this web site.  At CHM Photography customer satisfaction of our prints is our number one priority, and we strive to do that at a very affordable price, and as such, we are low-cost compared to other photographers. To keep our prices affordable we use the best suppliers we have found, some of these suppliers are country-based. Please allow up to two/three weeks for delivery of your unframed prints, canvas, or acrylic face mounts. Should the customer refuse delivery of any product, any costs associated with the return delivery of the product shall be paid by the customer. Express Post delivery service is available at purchasers expense.

Returns will only be accepted on an incorrect product supply or damaged packaging, and only within 14 days of payment being received by CHM Photography. Returns will not be accepted and no refunds offered on any other type of return. Where non defective returns are made by the purchaser, all costs incurred in said returns will be paid by the customer


All orders and payments on are processed through PayPal shopping cart systems and are subject to PayPal conditions and processes. Where payment has been accepted by PayPal and transferred to our account, we will endeavour to confirm availability of the ordered products and contact the purchaser (via the details provided) within 7 days, confirming the items purchased and the delivery details. Payment must be made in full without setoff or deduction. CHM Photography will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favour of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.

Customer Care

Cancellation of orders will only be approved at the discretion of CHM Photography, and only if the customers order has not been dispatched to customer. The customer must contact CHM Photography immediately should they wish to cancel an order for products placed through this web site, CHM will take no responsibility for orders that have already been sent to the customer.  CHM Photography cannot accept any purchase cancellations after orders have been shipped

No products sold on have a used by date. Any warranty claim must be lodged with CHM Photography within 14 days of purchase.


Prices of all products advertised on this web site include any shipping fee in Australia and/or GST applicable. Prices for prints shipped outside Australia can be quoted, simply Get In Touch.
